Our Earth is constantly in motion. Deep beneath the surface, tectonic plates shift, collide, or pull apart. In some places, this cycle becomes visible – particularly impressively in Iceland.
Here, magma rises from the depths, forming new landscapes and solidifying into dark lava. Simultaneously, in other places, earth plates subside again. A constant cycle of emergence and decay – powerful, calm, and unstoppable.
It is precisely this movement that "HRAUN HRINGRÁS" captures.
The form represents the cycle of Earth's forces, the texture reminiscent of cooled lava – rough, primal, and yet clear.
Crafted from a wood composite with up to 75% natural fibers, this piece of jewelry combines natural materials with modern durability. The special surface makes each pair unique.
Due to their light weight, the dangle earrings are comfortable to wear – light, yet with palpable meaning.
In the Holzstaub Manufactory in the East Harz, each pair is created with care and an eye for detail, from the first laser cut to the final finishing.
